Paul* put on a lot of weight after a stroke a few years ago.
His wife had been encouraging him to lose weight but he hadn’t done anything about this by the time of his first coaching session. Over the course of the five or six weeks of coaching, Paul lost one and a half stone, and continued to lose a steady 1-1.5 pounds a week following the coaching.
Without all the extra weight, he also became generally more active and has felt fit enough to take up gardening again, which he’d always really enjoyed.
It doesn't matter if you don't know what you want or what could help you; a health coach will discuss your situation with you and help you decide what's important for you.
