Ongoing skills development
People in ARRS roles other than Health & Wellbeing Coaching are not required to have ongoing supervision or health coaching skills development.
However, depending on the role – and the expectations for the role – some form of skills development may be desirable.
For example,
Care Coordinators or those in a similar role working with their own caseload of patients in a locality may find it helpful to have ongoing Group Skills Development sessions.
Social Prescribing Link Workers are often able to offer a series of coaching sessions as well as their signposting services and may therefore benefit from the full 4-day course and/or ongoing support, either individually or in a group.
Anyone working with patients, or similar, on an ongoing basis or across a series of sessions is likely to find the additional support and ongoing skills development helpful.
